Cancellation by emita

emita reserve the right to modify or cancel any event if unforeseen circumstances arise.

In the unfortunate situation that emita has to cancel an event registered delegates will be notified immediately and offered a full refund if they have paid an attendance fee.

 

Delegate Cancellation

Should a delegate wish to cancel a booking for which they have previously paid an attendance fee the following charges will apply:

 

·         Over 30 days prior to the event – 100% refund

 

·         Within 8-30 days of the event – 50% refund

 

·         Within 7 days of the event – No refund

 

In addition no refunds will be given for delegates that do not show at an event. However, there is no charge for replacement delegates.

By registering to attend an event, you have confirmed that you have read and understand emita’s cancellation policy.
