Why Every Week Should Be Export Week

Another hugely successful Export Week is over but our drive to increase exports is not. As far as we at UKTI are concerned every week has to be export week if we are to grow our economy.

Whether it's Abu Dhabi purchasing a major stake in Volkswagen, record aircraft orders from the UAE's airlines, Qatar buying a 17 % stake in Sainsbury’s or Dubai & Qatar becoming the biggest shareholders of the London Stock Exchange, the United Arab emirates (UAE) and Qatar have lately attracted plenty of admiring headlines from the international press.
