Visit to Buckingham Palace for emita Chairman

Gerry Blacoe, Chairman of emita, attended a ceremony at Buckingham Palace on 15 July to be officially awarded his MBE by the Queen. Gerry was honoured for his services to international trade and to the community in Lincolnshire.

 

Before his involvement with emita, Gerry was formerly Chair of the Lincolnshire Export Club and has been a committed supporter of various initiatives to assist exporters in the region. Alongside this, he is keen to share his commercial experience with young people by presenting on export business to pupils at a local school in Lincolnshire.

 

On behalf of all emita staff and directors, we would like to congratulate Gerry upon receiving his MBE award.
